Duration: 1 year

Scope: Occupational Class A & B

Age bracket: Between 18 & 59 years, residing in Lebanon

Single Premium for 1 year. All below rates are in USD

Basic Coverage

• AD: Accidental Death
• PTD: Permanent Total Disability
• PPD: Permanent Partial Disability
• DI-CC: Double Indemnity while the insured is riding as a fare passenger on public transport ( Land or Ship)
• DI-FLY: Double Indemnity while the insured is riding as a fare passenger on commercial airline
• MIB: Monthly Income Benefit

• Weekly Indemnity - Elimination Period 7 days payable for 104 weeks (USD 750/week) - OPTIONAL

• Accidental Medical Expenses (USD 15,000) - OPTIONAL
• Deductible USD 30 per accident
• Treatment should be within 30 days of the date of Accident

EXTRA BENEFITS

• In case the spouse or children are impacted by the same accident as the policy holder, a 50% extra weekly indemnity will be paid
• The indemnity will be doubled if the Insured is riding as a fare passenger on public transport (Land or Ship)
• The Indemnity will be doubled if the insured is riding as a fare passenger on commercial airline
• A monthly income benefit in case of accidental death of the insured, will be paid to the spouse or children as USD 200 per month for the remaining period of the policy
